Odele became 100% disabled - under the auspices of the social welfare

Odele was taken by the social welfare from her parents' home and placed in a closed boarding school since the age of 8.

« Mom,it's hell here ! » she said.

Odele made several attempts to escape from the institution, was punished for this, and was transferred to a boarding school further away.

It turned out that O’s last escape was immediately after a conversation with welfare officer Shuli Gerson (who is also responsible for the removal from home of her 8 brothers and sisters)

Odele was declared 'missing' by the police - without the welfare officer informing her mother.

Odele was found three days later lying on the ground about 200 kilometers away from the boarding school, her body covered with bruises, signs of beatings and abuse (fear of rape) and cigarette burns on her hands.

In a letter to the juvenile court, Odele wrote: "The social welfare has neglected me in every way, financially, mentally and physically"

In the psychiatric report on the day of her hospitalization she said there had never been sexual or physical abuse in her past and reported that the boarding school had harmed her soul.

Odele was a healthy child who became 100% disabled

A VP shunt was inserted in her back and a button to the shunt in her head.

The social welfare gave instructions to the police to close the mother's complaint without any investigation on what happened to her daughter.

After a sixth operation, which was carried out on Saturday, May 18th, in an emergency situation, she was anesthetized and connected to a respirator

Will the social welfare escape from taking responsibility for Odele’s situation ?

א. הפכה לנכה 100% - בחסות הרווחה 

מאז נלקחה מבית הוריה ע"י שרותי הרווחה והושמה בפנימיה סגורה,   א. זועקת "אמא זה גיהנום פה ג-י-ה-נ-ו-ם !"

או. ביצעה מספר ניסיונות בריחה מהפנימיה, נענשה על כך והועברה לפנימייה רחוקה יותר.

מתברר שבריחתה האחרונה של אודל הייתה מיד לאחר שיחה עם פקידת הסעד שולי גרסון (האחראית להוצאתה מהבית עם שאר אחיה, 9 במספר)

א. הוכרזה כ'נעדרת' ע"י המשטרה - וכל זאת מבלי שפקידת הסעד  !יידעה האם.

א. נמצאה לאחר שלושה ימים שרועה על הארץ מרחק כ-200 ק"מ מהפנימייה כאשר כל גופה מכוסה חבלות, סימני מכות והתעללות (חשש גם לאונס) וכוויה של סיגריה בכף ידה.

במכתב לבית המשפט לנוער כותבת א.: "הרווחה הזניחו אותי בכל דרך, כספית, נפשית פיסית וגופנית"  בדו"ח הפסיכיאטרי ליום אשפוזה שללה פגיעות מיניות או פיזיות בעברה ודיווחה שבפנימיה פגעו בה בנפש.

א. הפכה מילדה בריאה ל- 100% נכה  הוחדרו לגופה צינורות בגב וכפתור שונט בראשה. 

והרווחה מורה למשטרה לסגור ללא חקירה את תלונת האם  על מה שקרה לבתה.
